Q Dental Group

I had to take my son to Q for an appointment recently and the service was excellent. The Dental Attendant, Carmen, who made the appointment for my son worked diligently to fit him in the schedule. It was because of her why I chose to stay with Q, especially after a few miss steps at a different Q location. She was personable, kind, respectful and very professional. I would recommend the Q Irondiquoit location. Thanks Carmen, I was treated very well.

I DO NOT recommend. I was treated with very poorly by the business manager, one of the owners. As I tried to send a written letter of complaint to the 2 other principles as to why they were losing my business, I was told to send it to the general mailbox and it would be distributed to them. As policy, I was told, they will not give out any names, therefore there was no way to send...

The front desk staff are very nice. The doctor was very nice and seemed to be very good at what he does, but he had to keep running back and forth to another patient during my procedure. The dental asst. is so rude when she called me in it took her 5 minutes to finally say hi. Then she kept punching my arm when telling her stories. I took my son to Qdental 6 months ago for a cleaning. They did Xrays and found a cavity and filled it. 3 months later he's complaining of horrible tooth pain. I take him back and surprise surprise he needs a root canal on same tooth. We just finished paying for root canal and crown and have switched dentists.... I recently had a cleaning and some fillings at Q dental. I had a great experience!!! I have a fear of the dentist and have not had a cleaning in years. I finally went and was so happy with the way I was treated. My hygienist , Holly was amazing and made me feel totally comfy. The room was spotless and the treatment she gave me was gentile and thorough. I honestly can??t wait to go back in...
