Recruiter issues what appears to be career opportunity that they are looking to fill from a company.
Upon receiving your resume they say company is interested in your resume and asks you (via form) to provide work history/salary and other info. After they get form with your info, you don't hear from them. Appears to be a scam to gather market information (esp. salary benchmark) under falsehood that an opportunity exists.
After experience, I'd recommend NOT providing Purcell any further information until you've at least has phone interview with company HR / representative directly. ...
