I Recently moved to soho and needed a new doggie daycare. Pupculture was pretty close so I gave it a try. This was the biggest mistake I could have made. I thought I was leaving my dog in good hands but while I was at work I got a call that there had been an accident involving my dog. . I had my puppy groomed here and it has been an absolute disaster. Before I dropped her off, she was very confident and outgoing. After her appointment, she was scared of her own shadow and extremely skittish for a week.

The worst part is that our puppy got a massive ear infection after her appointment. She has two severe infections (Pseudomonas Aeruginosa and Methicillin-resistant Staph Pseudintermedius) that the vet said she definitely picked up while being groomed.
