The staff are not nice to the kids. They lost the gift that we brought to the party. When I called to inquire, it was not handled in a professional manner. Why do people go there?

Could've had better service, staff wasnt tooo pleasant. Seems like they may have some management issues.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! This place is not worth a dime or worth your time. Do NOT go there. I brought my 5-year old son in to play during the ""Pop-in playtime"". The clerk at the desk asked me to wait at the front until 1 pm, while they finished up some parties, then we could go on back. I did as asked and went back after 1. About 30 minutes in, I saw a little boy pound a little girl in her head and tried to let the parent know.
