Zero customer service and inexperienced, unprofessional staff! After repeated contact attempts and false promises, our rep sent the info 4 months later! When there is a plumbing request, no response. When there is a documentation request, no response. When there is a key request, there is no response. It's almost as if we are not paying them to manage our building. What a disgrace!

I called to speak to a manager about issues I and others are having with Shina the manager of our property but MIKE on the phone was very indigent saying that managers do not speak to clients so he could not help me. It is CA state law that a manager be present and available during business hours.
