I've been coming to Pro Haircutters for years and I have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. I find the stylists to be very friendly and talented. As for the front desk, I always found them to be polite and efficient. A great place to get your hair cut for men, teens and children. Experienced cutters that get you in and out quickly. It's a lot better than most "chop shops" - that hire stylist right out of school. I cannot comment on women's hairstyling and coloring, you should probably stick to a private salon with a stylist you know as most women do.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
I went today and Theresa highlighted my hair. Not only did she mess up the highlight by letting the dye bleed on my roots, she decided to add in a little of what she thought was my natural color. Now my hair looks like a racons tail. AND she wanted to cut off "a little hair" which ended up being THREE INCHES!!!! On her cell phone, constantly blabbing...NO GOOD!!

Veronica and Rocco are wonderful, and the girl who cut and dyed my daughter's hair was really good - the girl who waxes eyebrows isn't very good at it, and the people at the desk are a little nasty and leave you sitting there FOREVER, but overall never had a truly bad experience.
