I saw them for primary care & pain management. I would not recommend going here for pain management. At all!! After talking with them for months, they convinced me to change my pain management doctor that I had seen for over 2 years to go to them. So, I go there, first visit is "ok". Second visit, they tell me someone called in on me accusing me of injecting my medicine! Absolutely ridiculous!!...
The staff at this place are very unprofessional and have very smart mouths. I suggest if they are having a bad day to not take it out on their patients. I would NOT recommend ANYONE to go there. Not unless they give the staff lessons on mannerisms!
I had an appointment for a pelvic exam and arrived thirty minutes early, waited for an hour and a half in the lobby and had to remind them I was there, they finally took me back about fifteen minutes later and then I waited patiently for another hour and fell asleep, the doctor had still not come to the room and no one had checked on me, so I walked out, I will not be going back.
This place is horrible. I have been waiting 11 weeks for them to schedule a mammogram. I had to schedule my own appointment with a pulmonary specialist because they never scheduled an appointment for me. They don't understand maintenance drugs and will only prescribe a couple months at a time on a maintenance drug I have been on for over 10 years. I can understand check-ups twice a year,...
I have been using this office for almost a year and find it to be a nice place. the office staff is nice and friendly, some even call me by name. The Np's and PA's are nice and they even took the time to try to calm down my crying scared 3 year old.i would recommend this office to anyone and have.
