Nice, straightforward gentleman had the part we needed for our Samsung DLP in stock and he replaced the bulb in our housing for no install fee. Not cheap, but fair price for the part. It's in a colorful part of town, but don't be scared.

Do not waste your time with this company. The technician arrived at my house to inspect my TV but did not even touch the set. I repeated the exact same thing to him as when I called to request an inspection of my TV. He did not even touch the TV he just agreed with me that I had a lamp issue. I asked him if he was going to verify that by at least looking at the TV, his answer was there is...

If I could give a minus I would, I called this shop and described the problem I was having with my TV. He arrived we discussed the problem which was the lamp causing the TV to shut-off. He agreed with me that it was the lamp, but his assessment was done without even touching the TV, at which point he wanted his service call fee. Don't waste your money or time with this company. HORRIBLE...
