Last year I visited this office under the dental care of Dr. Matthew Chung, who is no longer at this location. His gentle, caring manner with brief explanations of the tasks being performed were so appreciated. The dental assistants were all pleasant and HELPFUL. This office is associated with another office in town (Scripps Dental) that I left because of poor service. I didn't know until after I switched that they were associated :(

Both offices coerced me into paying for fillings that were not covered by my insurance. When they were unable to provide the service, I requested a refund. I was told it would take 6 weeks to get $50. Six weeks later I called to find out about the refund and they said they had no record of my request, therefore it would take another 6 weeks.
