Lou Gianaro from this company is an unethical business man. He tried to repair our big screen tv and not only failed to do that, he ruined the tv, the tv stand and the wall plate that the wires came through. He is NOT certified, there is NO 90 day warranty. We are out the cost of a "color wheel" and the price of a new TV. He has been asked to make it right, but hangs up on us, or does not...
