I couldn't access any of my files on my hard drives so I had to reformat the drive but I figured I back up my drive before that.

Hard Drive Data Recovery Services San Diego had great service, I sent the computer to techsupport for unrelated problem who deleted everything from my computer, and California Data Services had to recover it. They recovered most files and fixed the first problem as well. 5 stars.
