Extremely disappointed. Worst mani/pedi ever....and I've been to cosmetology schools for service. Has to repaint my nails multiple times. Didn't use cuticle nippers and I asked if she was goin to and she said she already did. To walk in such a nice place you think it would be great but it's not. And all the tools were just laying every where beside the "clean" towels. frown emoticon

Extremely disappointed with the spa mani/pedi. I bought a groupon for $29, normally it was $71 there. It was the worse mani/pedi. I felt like maybe I got the cheap version because I had a groupon. The lady who did it was extremely nice but there was nothing to it. Soaked my feet, trimmed 3 nails and painted them. As for my hands I had to keep asking over and over to fix the polish and repainted...

Went home with nothing getting done. I got a certificate for Christmas for all over hair color and cut. Now my hair is shoulder length and thin. They wanted an additional $70 for color. So I asked about just haircut was told it would only cover first 20% of cut. What the F*ck???????
