to begin with Prime Janitorial was great. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. However, once bathroom accessories were ordered and item list and price list had been agree upon, they brought us different item at a higher. this would usually not be an issue as it seemed to be a failure in communications, once the issue was acknowledged, and all that needed to be done was replace towel dispenser,...
