Writing this review since Facebook keeps showing me this place and insisting a write one... We lived there a couple years ago. It was alright. The unit itself was really nice, since we got an updated one. But they're quite small, and dark. We had a lot of storage issues, there wasn't enough for us and we were just a family of 3. Aside from a drugged out neighbor, a few roaches, bed bugs, I would say it was a nice place to live, until your water bill for a two bedroom hits $200 a month! No meters on any unit so all the water use get divided in to all units. SDGE bill then shows up for $350.
