Nice town car, but semi rude driver

I rented a Towncar for 2 hours. Driver didn't ask if I wanted loud music. I was going to a formal event and asked the driver to take me to National City store so I could resolve a issue with a 2 piece suit I purchases there. Instead he took me to the one in Chula Vista where the lines are longer. On the good side, he was on time.
