Mikemenn, the only order I show that was canceled prior to July 4th was an order placed at 5pm on June 25th and a proof was requested. Production time for cups with proofs take 7 business days and shipments to Georgia take 3 business days. This means the order would not arrive until July 9th. We offer the option to rush the order and a proof is optional. Please let me know if this helps explain the reason why your order could not arrive on time.

So we order cups from this company well in advance for our family reunion on July 4, 2009 (a Saturday). They call us up on Monday and say, oh, we're sorry we can't get them to you on the date you requested. We can get them to you on July 9th. How's that? Errr...thanks customer-no-service. The party is on July 4th. It's an Independence day party. It's a family reunion. What do we want them for on July 9th? Bunch of w@!%!*s! Trust me, don't use this company at all!
