I took my daughter to Dr. Bouttee twice about 2 years ago. I have to admit that the first experience was not to my liking. I expected my daughter to see the doctor, but she saw the practitioner instead. The practitioner stood in the doorway for most of the visit and occasionally peeked over to look at my daughter's skin. Not surprising, the prescription was ineffective. I called the office for another appointment, and told them how dissatisfied I was with the last experience, especially not seeing the doctor. I have a pet peeve. If its requested that I arrive on time for my appointment, I do expect to be seen promptly. I do not plan on waiting 30 minutes before I was even called back by nurse. I am not a new patient so I didn't have to fill out paperwork. There was only one other person in the waiting room so it was not busy. The care received does not exceed what I receive elsewhere so this will be my last visit. Who has 1.5 hours to spend time at the Dermatologist?

This is a really bad place. Very unprofessional and you will not get to see the dermatologist. You will see a PA who looks like a kid fresh out of school. She will talk to you for five minutes and prescribe you a creme you can find over…
