My daughter had been there for 2 years. Doctors could do a better work than just trying to get as many clients as possible...For instance, we had to pressure them to be more vigilant about emergencies. My daughter once had Croup and had real difficulties to breathe. We were in the park, we called this office and they called back 45 minutes later to say that a doctor would call us back soon. By the time we finally had a doctor calling us back (not even our "dedicated" doctor), we were already at the hospital with nurses and doctors putting my daughter under breathing assistance.
Another thing about this office is their accounting department. We left this office in February 2010 and picked up my daughter's medical file in March 2010. We made sure that we were up to date on bills and the answer was that we had nothing to pay for that we hadn't paid already. Comes October 2010 when I received a bill from this office dated as of October 2009 (One FULL YEAR LATER). I called this office and tried to manage with their accounting dept this issue. In a period of 2 months time, I had to continuously call them back to follow up even if I constantly told them to keep me updated. After 2 months of trying to understand what happened and mostly to make sure that I wasn't billed twice, I received a call saying "we are telling you that we are sending your bill to recollection". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
They are extremely unprofessional, are unable to send you any proof of what they tell you and are DEFINITELY not trying to assist you. Their mindset? Why would they care about solving this kind of issue when they can send your bill to recollection and not deal with it!!!!
Trust me, I don't work for any of their competition but I guarantee you that you don't want to bring your child there!!!

My 16 year old son has been seeing Dr. Sarnoff since he was a year old. The doctors and nurses are all very helpful, professional and caring. I also love the remodeling and expansion. Way to go Premier Pediatrics.
I have always loved premier!!! Tonight topped the cake... Son needed stitches - doctors at premier had me sorted with a plastic surgeon waiting for me before I even got to the ER. This practice takes care of our family so thoughtfully - I am forever grateful! Thank you! Maya and Charlie are so lucky to have you in our neighborhood!
We love this practice. All the doctors are kind, smart, great with kids and highly trustworthy. They always have appointments available day of for sick visits.
Amazing, dedicated doctors who really know their stuff. Wonderful staff who take care of patients and their families. Just a remarkable practice full of great professionals.
