I called and asked for an estimate. My sister was at the house because I was at work. Without permission they did the work instead of giving an estimate. The man did not properly remove vent from under sub floor, so he could not close the vent hole from beneath the sub floor so that the floor could be repaired and re-tiled. They say foolish people get what they deserve (in fact I think I have said that). So, I deserve what I got but wanted you to be aware. The picture is hard to read. It is an invoice from Precision Services. I had them come today to 1. replace the flushing assembly in one of my toilets, 2. Fix the bathroom fan. Their person, a young kid who looked about 18, arrived at 9:05AM and left at 10:20AM....
