Jain is very pompous and a bit rude. He knows more than his patients and seems to feel that that gives him superiority to us inferiors who are just looking for help. I have an actual mental condition that I am trying to get a hold of and instead of being understanding he seems condescending and uncaring. Also hard to talk to him and not much info is exchanged in the 5 minutes that you get in...
