The scheduled hours to be open are not consistent. The place is not clean. The mail is never sorted on time. The professionalism is not great at all. The phone is never picked up. Mail is lost and not retrieved like someone is going through the mail to see what they want to take out. Mail does not consistently get to its destination. Sometimes cheap is not always good. You get what you pay for!!!Especially with this franchise on Mission Blvd.

It seems they don't keep to their posted hours of operation. Every time I stop by they seem to be closed!! The store was recently sold, I wonder if the new owners are having some problems too. It would be nice if they could leave sign on the door of when they will return or what their new hours of operation are. They have mail boxes for folks to pick up mail, but how can you pick up mail...

I dropped 2 pieces of mail last tuesday October 13th in the afternoon and my friends still never received their mail to date. I'm thinking they didn't mail it out right away, maybe they waited a few days, never the less those were important documents and I know if I had used the US Post Office they would have already been there. I don't plan on using the postal annex services again, they're not to be relied upon.
