stay away from this company. I dropped off 4 fedex package and they held them for 4 days. It cost me to lose an account.

I use them often and always find them to be courteous and friendly. It's nice having them there and saves a lot of time standing in line at the post office.

unresponsive and arrogant when asked to resolve on going problems or difficulties, not customer oriented, acted as if they were doing me favors in receiving mail

Terrible customer service, outrageous pricing. I asked them to forward a package for me that was sent from the vendor. They found it necessary to repackage the box - putting the vendor's shipping box into one of their own $16 boxes, with additional packing material (which of course they charged me for), added my first class mail into it and sent it all by slow boat. Really poor judgement on...
