The convenience of the location is great. The parking is horrible unless you own a smart car. The spaces are extremely narrow and if you get home late good luck at find a spot. The guest parking (all 10 spaces) are full everyday so good luck having guest.
The building smells old & moldy. The elevators are often out of order.

Let's face it... this apartment is on McKinney and packed with mostly young professionals. Lots of noise, late night activity, and a pool area that gets packed on the weekends. As I am a single 25 young professional with a passion for nightlife and social activities, I enjoy this place thoroughly.
