Fixed my treo in an hour, Palm wanted to charge me more than I paid for it originally. Granted a replacement keyboard cost $68. I saw some for a lot less on ebay, but that would have meant having it shipped, waiting, and then getting it installed. God forbid it was a bad part, I would have to return it etc. Portatronics installed it and had it working by the time I got back from lunch.

THIS STORE TRIED TO RIP ME OFF...EXPLICITLY AND KNOWINGLY. CONDESCENDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. My iPod was stuck in the 'lock' position. I recently stopped by this store, enticed by the $29 price and the fix-it-while-you-wait convenience. Here's what was AWFUL about this place: - wanted to charge $70 for a new switch/headphone part (selling for $8.50 on eBay...including most the tools necessary for do-it-yourself repairs....that's an 812% markup!) = over $100 after labor and taxes. - woman broke the iPod further and was visciously condescending when I respectfully insisted that she returned it...
