Hat Center, this East Village and Williamsburg duo outfits modern-day dandies with cashmere caps, derby toppers, woven fedoras and, yes, nattily trimmed pork-pies, from well-respected brands like Borsalino and Phrenology NYC; both locations are handsomely decorated with masculine furniture, and the Brooklyn outpost has a workshop for crafting custom orders.
