The people at Poor Folks will write your information down wrong, and when they don't show up to your scheduled appointment, they will lie and say that they had scheduled you for another day. I had originally set up an appointment with them to replace my windshield because they had given me the cheapest quote around---$205 to replace the windshield on my 2010 Hyundai Elantra. The appointment was scheduled for 1:00 pm on a Wednesday. Before the appointment, I had a couple of questions that I wanted to ask, so when I gave them another call, I found out that they had written down nearly ALL of...
