Very poor customer service. Very poor repairs. Signed up for ""free"" salt system, yet they never put salt in the pool, even though the indicator light on the system says that the pool is low on salt. Pool turns green all the time. Their repair service is even worse. They charge for the repair in advance and the pool is in worse shape after they are done. When you call to complain they say that they will send out a manager to check out the problem and promise that the manager will call me to discuss. The manager never calls and I have to call back.
