I recently brought in my xbox for repairs. It had no video/audio. They fixed it and not even 2 months later the same problem persists. you would think that they would care about customer satisfaction but they dont. The manager i spoke with on the phone(Alex) and she said that it passed the 30 day warranty and there is nothing they can do. When i stated that i would go online and write bad reviews about their store she replied, ""Go Ahead"" in a very witty manner.
