The worse Service, I made an appointment at 12:30pm, I didn't get helped after one whole hour and 30 minutes. Don't even bother making an appointment it's fcking useless.

A month after a dnc and my IUD was placed i was still bleeding and i had to go to the hospital because a huge blood clot came out and my IUD right after it . The hospital told me i had Particles from a month ago ! Wtf is thiss !!!!

I had no problem at all going in here , the staff was really friendly and they show interest. So if you had issues before maybe its because it was crowded or you were frustrated about parking coz it can be a pain in the neck sometimes. I actually had a fantastic experience. Aside from the protestor outside condemning abortion. Everyone was very friendly. I had an appointment and I was out in less than 2 hours. While this may seem like a long time, when I went to the PP in Santa Monica it took me over 4 hours for the exact same procedure!
