I've been coming here for about four years and I must say the quality of service has dropped tremendously. I'm really looking for another nail shoppe.

The man/ owner behind the counter very rude. Not customer service orientated at all. Eyelash work not done as promised refused to refund or credit towards another service. Had nerve to be smart mouth when I asked about where the policy was stated, what can we work out since I paid for something I did not get. Won't be getting my business again. Customer beware.

nice people. quality job. great service. a hidden jewel in riverdale area. a must visit nail salon. i have tried many places and i will come back to this location again. job well done, top nails salon.
