Do not waste your time scheduling at this place. Three out of my four appointments/classes were cancelled last minute. Never received more than a half an apology.

This is a Fletcher Pilates studio, a form of classic Pilates, so there's a focus on dance, coordination and precision. The percussive breathing (think loud Ujjayi breathing) is still hard for me...
