This is a very hard work out but the results are worth it. I got noticeably tighter and more flexible after just 2 weeks going 4x a week. After 6 months I have dropped 2 sizes without dieting! I've never seen results like this with any other work out. It is so thorough (every muscle in your body gets worked) and you don't have to think, which is great. And it's very clean, which I appreciate!

Took a Class on 57th st. The class had too many people in it. There is little room to move or breathe for that matter. Exercising on a carpeted floor is not clean. Also, injured my neck/back from one class. Spoke to Devon on the phone about it and she didn't seem to care.
Tried the spring street location. Vigorous and fun. Slightly harder and more sensuous than Bar Method, which has more of a ballet class flavor.
In almost 8 years and over 1000 classes, never had a bad workout. They are my workout #community. Consistency with P57 has giving me the best body I ever had at 39; lean muscles, toned arms and strong core. One of the best workouts in NYC!
