I recently used P&G Chem-Dry and they were pretty good! The customer service was great. They were really friendly and professional. I appreciated that they showed up on time to do the work. The results are great!

Carpets are clean but my bedskirt is ruined...

The technician was on time, friendly and did a great job on the carpets but didn't tell me he's gotten my expensive bed skirt munched in his machine, I had to notice it later that day on my own. Very disappointing that he didn't say anything. I won't use them again.
