Petmart? more like petrude. I walked in to buy some fish for my fishbowl. I was greeted by horrible customer service. This is not the way I like to shop. Last time I'd ever stop by this petsmart.

These people have the worst customer service ever!! Don't buy anything you have to assemble!! The parts don't fit!! and their Warehouse takes FOREVER TO SHIP!!!

If you love your pet you won't bring them to Banfield animal hospital that's in the store, but the store itself is nice, it's staff is very nice...it's pet groomers are rude and like to cancel your appointment last minute...you should never use them.
