Employee/cashier was very rude and uninformed. My elderly parents adopted a rescue dog the same day from another establishment. What should of been a joyful day for the new dog and dog owners...

I didn't realize we had a pet smart here in Aurora or I would have totally checked this place out sooner! This store is super clean and very easy to navigate. They have a lot of various sections...

Too bad the grooming salon employees can't be friendly! They all seem to hate their jobs at this location SUCH a disappointment!
