The grooming department has declined a lot lately. My dog used to love going there, now he starts shaking whenever we drive by.

Steven was very helpful last night. He was knowable, helpful and vary nice. He truly seemed to enjoy his job. The cashier on the other hand seemed like he didn't want to help us at all, he wasn't happy to be at work, I don't look forward to seeing him again.
