The staff is caring and if you have a large dog they will enjoy camp. But my problem is I have a small breed dog and I wanted him to socialize with other dogs. What I observed from the webcam was this. His first day he was there 7 hours and only out playing total of 2 and 1/2 hrs. The rest he was in a cage. The second day I did not put him in camp but I spend the day watching the webcam from 8...

Keep your dogs away from PetSafe Village. I have two small dogs weighing 4lbs & 12 lbs and I have tried boarding my dogs twice at PetSafe. Both times I reserved the luxary suite (including 3 potty breaks, 1 solo play, and a tuck in service) equipped with a webcam. Not only did I watch the camera, but I had a few friends watching as well. My dogs were left in the room without any potty breaks...

DOn't bring your dog here! A dog did die b/c I worked there when it happend. They paid the family thousands of dollars to keep quiet!

I heard that a dog died of heatstroke at PetSafe Village last summer due to being left unsupervised outside in 90+ degree conditions. I would question the management about this rumor or check with the Better Business Bureau before leaving your pet at this facility.
