This pet store is one of the worst I've ever been in. First of all the guy who works by the reptiles, the tall man never smiles and never greets anyone. He looks as if he's always in a bad mood....

We own a bearded dragon. This store has many feeders that other big box pet stores don't have, or if they do, they are offered here at better prices. There are countless lizards, turtles, birds...

I've been to Pet Paradise multiple times (I live in Richmond).

It's always clean, nice selection and very helpful staff. The guys in the reptile department are awesome!

I'm assuming the negative reviews are people that were loyal to a pet store that recently closed (right fully so, that place was terrible)

I've been coming here for years, its the best place for healthy animals. I personally love the tarantulas. The customer service is great. I've purchased over 50 tarantulas alone from them, and other critters as well. I know my sister is a huge fan as well. I could spend all day looking at the wide selection of animals and products. Customer for life!!!!
