Great place to browse around and purchase gifts. They have tons of different items to choose from. They are always changing things and getting new sets!

Dont know what that review was.. they are crazy.. you get a store credit at a store you buy your food at and you want to complain... I have checked their prices to the big store and most of the time they are below them or the same. I will take the personal service over getting lost in the big stores and never get service.

Has everything that those big stores have.. but they have a great staff. They can answer all your questions and they know what they are talking about.. Never get that at any other store.What I really like is they dont have something, they order it for me and call me when it comes in. I LOVE this store! Love to support local and small business.

Love this store! Staff is very knowledgeable and they have everything that I needed.. If they dont have what I need they will order it for you and they call you when it comes in... Love the customer service.. Go see them. Help out your local business!

High Prices! Unknowledgeable Staff

Every time I have gone into this store to get information I get a different answer. I'm sure someone who works here is knowledgeable, however I have yet to find that person. You'd be better off getting your information online. The dog food prices are reasonable but everything else is extremely high!! They seem to like to argue with their customers, it always seems like they always are when I'm in there. I've found another small pet store in huntersville with good prices, kind and knowledgeable staff. I'll be going there...
