Personally, I enjoyed this store very much. The customer service was to my satisfaction. I went there to get a new aquarium and with it some new fish to go with my new room. Im going to college and fish and hamsters are the only animals allowed. So Pet City helped me by choosing a right sized aquarium (10gal.), then they helped me choose the right fish combo. So the short version is that this is a very shady business that you should avoid. The long story is that they sell sick dogs. My dog had kennel cough and I was lucky as the more I look in to this business the more I realize they sell many sick animals, some much worse than mine.
