The staff is completely rude. The refused to treat my high risk pregnancy after seeing them for already 4 months. I has suspected insurance fraud and questioned them about a transaction that had occured. They immediately indicated that I was refusing to pay, and kicked me out of their clinic without being seen. This place is TERRIBLE! The office that I have been going to is the one on E Illinois Ave, so maybe their other office is better, but I don't know. What I do know is that their staff is rude, disorganized, insensitive and inconsiderate. Maybe they are okay as far as their medical knowledge, but at what cost???
