Very long waits for repairs. Don't buy the service plan. Performance has oversold them and not hired more mechanics. The backlog for service is one-two weeks at every location. The employees are ok. Prices better then average. Some good deals on close outs and performance brand gear. Understand that once you buy the club membership you're locked into one chain.
