I got suckered into the dental plan that they offered. I wish I would've gotten out the minute I walked in. This dentist is bad news. Uncaring, inconsiderate, and money hungry.

I would not reccomend him to anyone. The staff that backs him is very cold, rude on the phone, and doesn't care about you any more than he does...

I called to set an appointment.
Gave my insurance information, SSN and all required info.
I didn't get any call for two weeks.
I called to check and the lady said she can't verify my insurance.
I called my insurance and everything is good.
Called again to perferct teeth and gave number and information. I was told they'll check and call back.
Never received a call.
I'm going to a different dentist.

Waste of time. If you have DMO foget about it

My suggestion is ""if you don't like DMO, don't take it"".

Don't pretend like you do and then treat people like second class citizens.

Very disappointed with their office to start with. Where two months in a row they wanted me get my insurance to fax eligibility. Only to tell me next possible appointment is two months later. FOUR months of lapse just to get an appointment is crazy. Never go there.
