Great company had an old unit thought I was gonna need a new one ended up only being the thermostat would highly recommend.

Representative came by and waited only briefly after knocking on the door. He was asked to wait until someone could get to the door, he refused and left anyway. When main office was contacted they were rude and very inconsiderate. Please don't use this contractor to service your clients unless you want them calling you with complaints.

Be aware!! Unskilled!!!
We called this company because our heat pump was not working properly. The technician came, replaced a few old wires and left. He also did an inspection without checking any electrical components. The pump quit again a few hours later. It was shortly after closing time on a Friday. They refused to come back and check it, leaving us with 2 small children, no heat in 30F...
