I am an employee (mechanic) at pepboys and I'm here to tell you that this companies soul purpose is to rip you off and sell you things you don't need. The higher ups don't know a damn thing about cars so they treat their store managers and then finally the mechanics like crap and pay them min. wage. I have worked at a few dealerships over the past decade but I have never seen such chaos as at pep boys, pep boys should be out of business and sued (which is easy to do if you feel you've been wronged, just contact the B.A.R.)
