Took my Pathfinder in for tires and brakes. Was overcharged. Many things like roadside warranty were added to my bill without asking or making me aware. Work seemed fine but felt like I was misled about price and will not return.

The store manager at this place was changed few times. Maybe upper management realized that there is a serious with this specific store.They did some work on my car. It is more like hit or miss. Parts and labor are overpriced. I had ASR light on and they couldn't figure it out even with their computer …

I took my Honda in today for oil change, tire rotation and alignment. Garrett was courteous and professional. He even gave me a ride back to my condo so I didn't have to sit and wait. He suggested my brake pads needed replacing also. I ended up doing this also but there was no pressure. Great experience. I will return.

Will NEVER return to this location. Left my vehicle to have a simple oil change. Called 3 hours later they said it still was not ready. Called back 2 hours after that and still not one thing had been done to my car. AWFUL TIME MANAGEMENT SKILLS. This is the second time I have had to wait ridiculous amounts of time at this location. I would never recommend taking your vehicle here
