Best in customer service, best in protecting your assets. My account was hacked and Peoples got my money back with in 5 hours! They are the best!

My review is that Peoples Bank has done a great job I wrote a horrible review the other day for them and they have called me and fixed every situation they called me three different times to make sure that everything was fixed and that everything was okay their internet I can see the deductions the balance as there deducted very happy with people's bank and thanks for everything

Horrible customer service. Couldn't care less about a customer of nearly 9 years. My current debit card was canceled because of a data breach this month. Card NeVER came. Called the bank. I was told it was lost in the mail. No apology nada. I finally got the card but no pin. My bills will be late. They can't issue me a temporary pen. Told me I could come get counter checks. Who takes those?...

Love this bank! I can always talk to a person and I like that they're Christian. Left Regions after being with them for 11 years, and I'm so glad we did.
