What a joke. They should change there name to simply "Property Management" they do not help people at all. They take your money (credit check) and deny, deny, deny. I like the other person to comment, have never been late w/rent nor do I have a negetive credit rating but did explain I have been on my job for a short amount of time due to the economy...

This so called property management has been nothing but hell. They have threatened us with eviction saying there was a Cat in our apartment. (By the way our neighbors have a cat and a dog so we won't even go there) They were saying our rent was late even though I always put it in there box on the First.
