Pen rose –St Francis Hospital
2222 N Nevada Ave. Colorado Springs Co
Emergency Mental Health Ward
Shift 3:30 Pm to 2:00 Am
Admittance Date: 10/5/2010

The hospital was dirty and way under staff, You couldn't get medication hour after the doctor order. The staff was mean and very uncaring . But the worse was the guards.

I want to the ER with chest pains. Upon arrival I was 'serviced' with expediency and concern before being admitted to stay the night. Everything I experienced was excellent--medical staff, accommodations, care. Thank you Penrose St. Francis!
