Scheduled an appointment to replace 2 sliding doors. No one showed, no one called, no one attempted to re-schedule. So it's no second chance for Pella. I should have read all of the horrible...

All of Pella in Houston is the same franchise do not be fooled.\r
Do not use them!!! They sent 2 sets of installers who can' follow the 6 page installation manual attached to each door. Mostly pictures\r
